By accessing and using Travel-desk's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Travel-desk provides a technology platform that connects passengers with drivers for transportation services. We are not a transportation carrier and do not provide transportation services directly.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payment must be made through approved payment methods
• Cancellation charges may apply as per our cancellation policy
• Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm drivers or other users
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup time
• 50% charge for cancellations between 12-24 hours before pickup
• 100% charge for cancellations within 12 hours of pickup
• No refund for no-shows

7. Limitation of Liability

Travel-desk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by Travel-desk or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law. The courts of Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
